Greetings my fellow alliance men, women, & blog readers!!!

I am always amazed how the love for a game can inspire really creative people to sing some really fantastic parodies or original creations.  Here are a few that  made me smile that I have found on YouTube & other places:

How about you?  What have your fellow pod pilots found?  Feel free to add your comments with the links to those you have found.

How do you say Exhale. in Lithuanian?

EXHALE. Member Report: Agatir Solenth - 2013.03.08

Greetings my fellow alliance men, women, & blog readers!!!

So how do you say Exhale. in Lithuanian?

The reason I ask???  As of recent events that is all that is left of the Exhale. alliance members, the Lithuanians!

As the majority of the English speaking members logged on 2013.03.07, we found we no longer had an alliance chat tab in their window. (a bit of wtf?!? moment)

There is much speculation as to the reason for the split.  The true reasons may never truly be known.  From the meetings I was privy to, no one in leadership is telling.

SO...  A new alliance has been formed.

Bye Bye Exhale.

Hello... POLARIZED.

Death of a Thanny

EXHALE. Story Time: Eleniti - 2013.03.07

Greetings my fellow alliance men, women, & fellow blog readers!!!

Here is a little story told by one of my fellow alliance mates about a recent encounter.

A short depictions of events that led to the demise of Thanatos-class carrier in a C1 wormhole

INTRO

To build a Thanatos-class carrier vessel one requires approximately 830 000 m3 of minerals. These are then built into capital components that are subsequently used to build the actual ship. These capital spaceships cannot traverse lower end wormholes and as such must be built in system. To build one of these behemoths in a C1 the minerals must be hauled into the system in small quantities ranging from 15 000 to 30 000 cubic meters at a time due to the mass limitations of the holes leading in to a C1 system. A quick calculation shows that this translates roughly to 28-56 haul trips in to the system. Of course the actual number of jumps needed is double that simply because one haul trip includes two jumps ; a Herculean endeavor to say the least. After the ship is launched from the X-large ship assembly array in a lower end wormhole it is forever trapped; it will live and die in that system. Following this natural cycle - a Thanatos named “Wave” that had been birthed in a C1 system, perished in one.
